Theme: Reimagining the future for retail and service design theory and practices. This two-day colloquium will bring together scholarly experts and practitioners in the areas of retail design, service design and hospitality design to share their knowledge and experiences with fellow academics, research students and practitioners. The event is hosted by the Fashion Business School, London College of Fashion, University of the Arts, in central London. The first International Colloquium of the Design Research Society's SIG Designing Retail & Service Futures will be held from March 30-31st March 2023 and we look forward to welcoming you!
