Detailed Description

A project initiated by Florence Hawkins and Rahel Zoller with Ilaria Mezzogori at the Jamyang Café, this cookbook is a collaboration between LCC Design, Media and Screen students, technical staff and a local vegetarian Cafe.

The project sought to provide an extra-curricular space for students from a broad range of courses to work collaboratively on a live project. This involved working on a project to enhance their knowledge of different processes and extended their understanding of the economic aspect of large-scale projects.
