A high-quality casting wax for use in lost wax casting. This wax is fairly firm and so is suitable for carving, modelling with wax modelling tools, pouring and painting into moulds. The wax casts easily, withstands handling when cold without cracking, and burns out cleanly. Microcrystalline based.
Melting point 63c-66°C.
- Materials can only be purchased from eStore by CSM students, on the day of their booking, to be used in the casting workshop at L008.
- Students are not permitted to purchase materials from eStore for use outside of the workshop.
