Apply for transcript(s) to be sent to a third party (e.g. another university) - 2008 onwards
You can apply for a set of transcript(s) for courses completed from 2008 onwards. You must ensure that you have completed the relevant areas of the questionnaire in order for your request to be processed.
The transcript(s) will include your name; course;College; date of birth; academic year as well as the unit titles; the marks and grades awarded. An explanation of the grading criteria will be provided on the reverse of the transcript(s).The document also includes the university logo and hologram

Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery except during June and July when it may take up to six weeks to process your request. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you leave enough time for us to process your application and take note of the turnaround times.
