This letter confirms an award and indicates that no transcript is available.
Apply for this letter if the course you studied was not unitised (Please read the guidelines on the website first). The letter will state the student's name and date of birth; the course studied and college; grade achieved eg (2:1). It will also state that at the time of study, the course was not unitised and therefore it is not possible to issue a transcript. It will be printed on University headed paper and stamped with the University stamp.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery except during June and July when it may take up to six weeks to process your request. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you leave enough time for us to process your application and take note of the turnaround times.
